But this week, I’m getting back to my rock ‘n’ roll roots with—gasp!—a cover song.  Specifically, a cover of hair metal giants Steelheart’s classic power ballad, “I’ll Never Let You Go.”

I’ve been reluctant to upload any cover songs to YouTube due to possible copyright issues, so there is a chance that, should I get a copyright strike for this cover, I’ll remove the video from YouTube. I want Steelheart’s lead singer Miljenko Matijevic to get his royalties for writing this song, even if he probably doesn’t need another gold-plated toilet or leopard print cat suit (for all I know, he lives quite humbly, but let’s roll with it, shall we?).
