Consistent with my own posts on immigration, and particularly Somalian immigration, Tucker Carlson nails it (see the video in the Tweet below):

Legal immigration only works if you require—and believe in the values that make possible—assimilation. For fundamentalist Muslims, assimilation is all-the-more difficult, as insistence on adhering to Sharia law is fundamentally at odds with the Constitution and Western ideas of religious liberty.
Tucker is, as usual, correct: Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is an alarm-bell, and our unwillingness to insist on the rightness and righteousness of our own civilization and its values is the metaphysical problem that has that bell ringing. Western civilization is losing its mojo, its swagger.
