Yes, I’ll have to carve out some time to do that soon. It’s basically harkening back to Theodore Roosevelt and the Roosevelt Corollary to the Monroe Doctrine—the Western Hemisphere is the our hemisphere, and other nations (in this case, probably China) aren’t allowed to intervene here, so we’ll intervene to prevent it.
